Took this picture when out walking with my youngest son. This beach was totally deserted. It was a few miles outside Woody Bay in an almost inaccessible place.Oak Tree - For the Future

My favourite woodland is the one I am privileged to look out upon every day from our window. It is a large woodland, which covers the valley through which runs the stream Hollocombe Water - flowing into the River Taw. This woodland is mostly oak, and is beautiful every day of the year - changing colour constantly. This is one of the most lovely winter mornings when hoar frost coated every twig in white crystals.
